In 1969 Neil Armstrong became perhaps the most famous explorer in history after landing his spacecraft (“Eagle”) on the moon.  Alongside him was Buzz Aldrin who calmly interpreted what the Eagle’s navigational computer was telling them and his guidance was critical to Eagle’s soft landing in the “Sea of Tranquility” that day.
